XACADEMY offers AI software tools sold as one-time digital purchases. Each Product is a standalone software licence — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or renewal fees.

Draftline — $14.95 (one-time)

• Voice profiles trained on your own writing samples
• Browser, docs, and email integration via one extension
• Email-based support

Relay — $49.95 (one-time)

• AI workflow automation engine with plain-language workflow builder
• Connections to email, Slack, Sheets, Notion, and 40+ apps
• Human-approval checkpoints and full audit logging
• All future updates to the purchased version at no additional charge

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access our Products. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are purchasing on behalf of another individual, you confirm that individual also meets this age requirement.

Access to your Products is delivered via the download and licence link sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.

• Sharing your access with any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage rules.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is charged in full at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the software licence has not been activated. To request a refund, email us at info@xacademy.shop with your name, email address, and Stripe transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. All software, code, documentation, and associated media are the exclusive property of XACADEMY or our licensors. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the software for your own use.

• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the software or your licence key.
• You may not use our content to create derivative works or competing products.
• Your licence is valid for as long as your account remains in good standing.

You agree not to use our Products in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms, including:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling the software in any format.
• Using the content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Impersonating XACADEMY or any of its representatives.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content to our platforms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source code.

Output produced by our AI tools is generated automatically and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XACADEMY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

XACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Products at any time if you breach these Terms. Termination due to a Terms violation will not entitle you to a refund. If we terminate your access for reasons unrelated to a violation on your part, we will provide a pro-rated refund where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of our Products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
