FM Academy offers pre-recorded online courses delivered as downloadable and/or streamed digital content. All Products are educational in nature and consist of video lessons, written guides, and supplementary materials related to digital marketing, content creation, and online monetisation strategies.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access our Products. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are purchasing on behalf of another individual, you confirm that individual also meets this age requirement.

Access to course content is delivered via a private Discord community using the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.

• Sharing your access with any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage rules.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is charged in full at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email us at info@xacademy.shop with your name, email address, and Stripe transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. All course content, videos, written materials, and associated media are the exclusive property of FM Academy or our licensors. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the content for your own private educational use only.

• You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any part of the course content.
• You may not use our content to create derivative works or competing products.
• Your licence is valid for as long as your account remains in good standing.

You agree not to use our Products in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms, including:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling course content in any format.
• Using the content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Impersonating FM Academy or any of its representatives.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content to our platforms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary course materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FM Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

FM Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Products at any time if you breach these Terms. Termination due to a Terms violation will not entitle you to a refund. If we terminate your access for reasons unrelated to a violation on your part, we will provide a pro-rated refund where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of our Products after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
