FM Academy offers pre-recorded digital educational content. Because course materials are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible upon purchase, our refund policy is subject to the conditions outlined below. We stand behind the quality of our content and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

01 โ€” Eligibility

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content included in your plan.
  • You provide a valid purchase email address and Stripe transaction ID.
If you meet all of the above conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method โ€” no questions asked.

02 โ€” Non-Refundable

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day window has passed.
  • You have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The request is based on a change of mind, lack of time, or reasons unrelated to course quality.
  • Your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing).
  • You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute prior to contacting us.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at info@xacademy.shop with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout
  • Your Stripe transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • A brief description of your reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2โ€“3 business days.

04 โ€” Processing

Processing & Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated on our end.

Please note: processing times vary by bank and card issuer. If your refund does not appear within 10 business days of our confirmation email, contact your bank before reaching out to us.

05 โ€” Chargebacks

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting FM Academy will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all access. We maintain detailed purchase and access logs and will contest any fraudulent chargeback claims.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
