Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5โ10 business days, depending on your card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated on our end.
05 โ Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting FM Academy will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all access. We maintain detailed purchase and access logs and will contest any fraudulent chargeback claims.
06 โ Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
